Tiered Tray Decorated for Easter...and some News!

My apologies for having been away from the blog for so long but this little cutie below has definitely stolen my attention... and my heart.   I've recently become a grandma and words cannot describe how special it is to be this baby girl's "Mimi".   Please excuse me while I share a few pics here.

"Harper Audrey"
arrived on March 6, 2019 at 8:17 a.m. weighing 7 lb 1 oz.

My daughter and her daughter - my girls!

Everyone is doing well...

...and enjoying every minute of their time together...

...as a new family.

Now back to some decor...no doubt you are getting tired of only seeing how I decorate my tiered tray but hopefully you can stand one more post about it as it's all I've managed to put together after the big event. :)

The tray sits on the end of our kitchen island and is the first thing you see as you walk in.

I knew I wanted to incorporate three of these Rae Dunn melamine mugs I recently purchased at HomeSense. I put one on the top level of the tray...

...and two on the bottom level.

I filled two of the mugs with faux air plants.

And this one had a nest perched on top of it.

I always like to add some dishes to my tray and these blue bowls fit perfectly.

A white bunny was added to each level on the front of the tray.

Here's the "back" view of the tray.

I tucked in lots of the faux air plants to fill spaces.

I arranged a bunny beside a nest

More dishes and bunnies.

It's nice to have some spring decor out now that the days are getting warmer.

It won't be long until Easter.

I'm super excited for Easter to arrive this year as my new granddaughter will be coming to visit us for the first time!

I can't wait to get my hands on her again!

  1. Oh, Lori - Harper Audrey is a beautiful little bundled angel! Her mom and MiMi are beautiful as well - runs in the family.

Being a grandmother is the sweetest thing on earth! I would never have guessed it to be so special. (Especially a daughter having a daughter as we have.)

She is already 2.5 years old and we cherish every moment with her.

God bless you and your family - oh and your tiered Easter decorations look great - such a happy little cluster of adorable!
