With that in mind, I created this table setting putting together pine cones and birch.
It has a bit of a rustic glam look to it.
And while it is festive enough for Christmas Day, it also has a simple winter vibe to it which means I'll be able to use it longer.
The place settings were arranged with a woven placemat, gray charger and white dinner plate.
These tree shaped plates will be perfect for the appetizer course and they sit atop a plaid napkin.
I chose to use my black handled flatware.
Placecard holders were created using these deer head ornaments.
I propped them inside a small dish and set the placecard in the antlers.
Amber coloured votive holders with an etched tree design fit the theme and help add ambiance to the table.
Stemware consists of clear red and white wine glasses.
My tablescape inspiration began with these wonderful pine cone & greenery candle wreath/rings from Home Hardware.
I nestled the birch candleholders Mr Delight made for me inside the wreaths.
The wreaths were set on top of some rustic pedestals I've had for years.
In between the trio of centerpieces, sit some acrylic and glass pieces...
... where two of these majestic reindeer flank the center candleholder.
Three of these glass trees are displayed along the table center as well.
Pine cones were scattered throughout various areas of the table.
I'm looking forward to sitting down to some holiday meals at this table.
Which will take us through Christmas...
...and into the New Year.
Wishing you and yours a very
Merry and Blessed Christmas!
