Fall Decor on the Sideboard

Next up on the fall decor reveal in my home is the display I created on the sideboard in our dining room. I hope you enjoy seeing the details as much as I enjoyed putting it together.

I began with this Global Fusion hurricane by Partylite that I've had for years. It is perfect for fall with it's mosaic pattern of warm colours.

I set it inside a large fall wreath which I've also had for ages.

Next pumpkin tureens were set atop wooden pedestals with a ring of faux berries around them.

Acorn tureens were set on leaf shaped plates and placed on each side of the hurricane.

Brown votive holders add a warm glow to the display.

The full view.

This wreath matches the one around the hurricane and is hung over the mirror with a wreath hanger.

I actually have 3 of these wreaths which were one of my best scores ever.  A few years back, they were originally priced at $34/each at a local Red Apple store. They kept getting marked down until they were at just $4/each.  That's when I grabbed the last 3 they had!

This Be Thankful pumpkin vignette on the side is a subtle reminder that Thanksgiving is only 3 weeks away (here in Canada).

More fall decor is added to this side table in the corner.

A large glass vase is filled with birch, branches, faux leaves and feathers.

Below that, a black lantern and small pine cones fill the space.

A beige table runner anchors the entire display on the sideboard.

The leaf-shaped plates under the acorn tureens are the only new item.  I picked them up last year at the end of season sales at HomeSense.

My favourite time to view this area is at night.

With the lights dimmed, it provides a wonderful cozy backdrop when we are eating at the dining room table.

There is nothing like the glow of candlelight to create the perfect fall ambiance for dining.

If you want to see the tablescape I designed that coordinates with the decor on my sideboard...
