As mentioned in my last post (Christmas in the Mountains Tablescape), here's a look at how I tried to make the sideboard behind the table take on a more of an outdoorsy natural vibe with a bit of bling for the festive season.
I started by filling this small wooden case with pine cones, frosted faux greenery and some small silver disco-ball ornaments.
Below, you can see that I put the items on a tray and tilted it inside the case to angle the display.
Next, I rounded up some sparkly silver candlesticks and a cone shaped tree.
White candles provide contrast to the rustic pine cones.
The two small Christmas trees on each side of the sideboard have pine cones on the branches.

Pine cones and candles combine to create the perfect rustic sideboard centerpiece for Christmas.
The glow of candlelight in this display reminds me of the hymn Silent Night which we've sung at church for many years on Christmas Eve.
