I'm showing a Valentine tablescape I did last year (before I had a blog) when we had another couple over for dinner. Mr. Delight had brought me the red and white carnations and I took it from there.
I used my black and white bowls along with square salad and dinner plates on top of red chargers.
The centerpiece was created using this lidded glass jar filled with faux snow and heart garland. A black feather boa was placed around it with faux red roses tucked in here and there.
Many items that you see with hearts on them were "created" using vinyl stick-ons. I love making ordinary accessories "themed" by using them.
The vase in the background is filled with faux ice, a few glass hearts and mini-lights. It made for a romantic light once the lights were dimmed. Unfortunately, didn't take a pic then. I also didn't take very many pics of the table in general. Blogging sure makes you think of all angles when taking pics!
