Cozy Country Christmas Tablescape

My latest Christmas tablescape has more of a Country Christmas vibe to it or at least that is my interpretation of it.  I combined birch log candleholders with red checked napkins to create a casual and more relaxed feel for this holiday table and I think it would be perfect for a meal on one of the days leading up to or after Christmas.

Mr Delight made these birch log candleholders for me a few years back which of course, makes them extra special.

They became the centerpiece for my Cozy Country Christmas tablescape.

I added some pine cones and greenery candle rings to some of the birch holders.

I like that Mr Delight made them so that some hold a taper candle and others hold a tealight.

I used my red Pier 1 bowls sitting inside a faux boxwood wreath that I made.

Red checked napkins add to the country vibe.

The place settings included a round woven placemat, a rustic white charger and the Christmas dishes I've had for ages.

Red berry napkin rings encircle the napkins.

Each guest (including me LOL) has a little present set beside their place.

It's especially fun at Christmas time to give those seated at your table, a little something.

Copper flatware, snowflake wine glasses and festive mugs complete the place settings.

It's nice to have a view of our tree from the dining table.

And this is the other view.

Candlelight always creates a cozy feel and is especially nice when it's cold and snowy outside. I also added a string of mini-lights to add even more ambiance.

Do you set a special table for the other days during the holidays?

Of course, this tablescape could work for a casual cozy Christmas Day too!

Thanks for visiting!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!
