Red Berry Valentine Tablescape

Whether you are celebrating Valentine's Day with one special person or sitting down to a meal with close friends, your tablescape needs to show your
L O V E  for them.

Using what was originally meant as Christmas décor, I designed a Red Berry Valentine Tablescape for eight which is festively love-filled.

Red berry wreaths were placed around glass hurricane vases.

Clear acrylic beads and glass hearts were placed in the bottom of the vases with LED battery-operated lights.

Red heart picks are then tucked inside.

The three decorated vases combine to create the perfect Valentine centerpieces.

Silver candleholders placed between the vases add some bling. Faux rose petals were scattered the length of the table.

Heart pendants hang from a plastic red berry napkin ring that surrounds the candle.

Valentine place settings were created in shades of red, gray and white.

Red napkins were tucked inside these lily-shaped white bowls by Pier 1 which I've had for some time now.

This rose napkin fold was so easy and is perfect for Valentine's.
You Tube tutorial here.

Placecards were set in small glass dishes with kisses.

Wine glasses stand at the ready.

A paper lace doily hides the fact that the red plates have Christmas designs on them.

A view of the place settings all in a row.

A red berry theme worked well to create this...

This table setting can take you from a Valentine luncheon...

...to a candlelit Valentine dinner.

An evening view...

The LED lights show up best in the dim atmosphere.

Votive candles were lit at each place setting for even more romantic glow.

Naturally, the sideboard got a bit of Valentine décor as well.

The candles on the sideboard provide the perfect flickering backdrop to the tablescape.

I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day celebrating with the one(s) you love.

Thanks for visiting!

  11. Oh, my, this table is exquisite at so many levels! I absolutely love your dish stack and my favorite photo is the one from the top looking down at that sweet "rose" peeking through the top of the lily bowl. I'll check out that tutorial right now. Your centerpieces take this table to a whole new level. Romantic, sophisticated and stunning. Bravo!! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
